Most pregnant women are diligent about taking their prenatal vitamins, but many of us completely ignore exercise! Why not check out what your area has to offer and add an extra boost to your days! There are many classes offered in prenatal yoga and it is also a great way to meet other women in your stage of pregnancy.

Always keep up with your prenatal testing schedule as results can hint at anything that might be lacking in your child's prenatal development. There are a number of conditions that can be treated and corrected - as long as they are found early on.
